This is a simplistic log style design, made for fast spooling your big single turbo.

THIS IS A PREMIUM PRODUCT WITHOUT THE PRICE TAG AND FITS BOTH VVTi AND NON VVTi 2JZ-GE ENGINES.

I have enhanced the design and manufacturing procedure; it’s now fully designed in CAD and cut with a rotary laser cutter. This results in perfect port alignment and symmetrical faces. Flanges are now 12mm thick and are face-milled for perfect sealing to the head and Turbocharger.

I have upsized the tubing to 48mm O/D to increase flow and top end power over traditional cast style log manifolds.

This manifold should be capable of 650HP+ with the right setup but won't compromise spool time.

This manifold allows for an incredibly clean and simplified setup with the external wastegate positioned either 'TOP MOUNT', above the manifold, or 'UNDER-MOUNT', below the manifold for those who wish to keep the stock GE cross-over intake and throttle-body. It also leaves lots of room to run your turbo oil drain to the sump without interfering with hot piping.

This product can be bought with a T3, T4 or V-Band flange to suit your Turbo. We only use Garrett and TAIL V-band flanges which cover most Turbocharger manufacturers. We DO NOT do Precision Turbo flanges.

You can choose an internal wastegate. This means that you have a Turbo with the wastegate built into it, thus not needing the external wastegate outlet in the manifold.

Please make sure you choose the correct option for the wastegate.

INTERNAL WASTEGATE=ONE OUTLET FROM THE MANIFOLD.

There is the option to have the external waste-gate TOP mount or UNDER mount. Undermount is needed if you are keeping the stock cross-over GE Throttle-body and intake manifold. All External wastegate manifolds will come with a Default 45mm flange that suits both turbosmart 45mm and TAIL 44mm wastegates. This same flange will fit most copy wastegates also. 45mm is the perfect size for this manifold but you can request a 50mm if you wish.

Manifolds will come with a spray coating of extreme High temp aluminum coloured ceramic paint. Expect to see a small amount of smoke coming from the manifold on first start up as the ceramic beds itself in from the heat.
