A TRUE FULL PLUG N PLAY KIT with SupraLink ECU. Can also be used with other ECU brands if they support E-Throttle.

 

CRUISE CONTROL AND CLUTCH SWITCH ARE PnP AND INCLUDED.

 

The HARNESS: (fits JDM & USDM/EURO cars)

There are 3 options for the harness:

1. PnP to stock 2JZ-GE engine harness. This has extra connectors that plug into the factory TPS & purge VSV connectors. This is done to use the vital AN volt pins on the Link, minimising waste and reducing the size of the harness through the firewall.

  The PEDAL harness included the clutch switch wiring and the CRUISE CONTROL wiring, it is all PnP with instructions included.

 

2. PnP to 2JZGTE stock harness. This is the same as the GE above but has the TPS pins in different locations.

 

3. this runs all wires straight to the ECU expansion loom connectors. This is chosen if you have a custom harness already, and if you are using another brand of ECU, such as Haltech, ECU master etc...

 

The wiring harnesses are terminated with 8 pin Deutsch connectors.

 

PEDAL:

After trying to fit many different pedals, it became obvious that the best option was by far a genuine Bosch Pedal. The Supravworld adapter bracket bolts firm to the firewall and places the pedal perfectly onto the stock stopper/kickdown plate. The feel of the pedal is very modern and smooth.

WARNING: The SC430 PEDAL DOS NOT FIT!!!! DO NOT BUY A KIT WITH AN SC430 PEDAL. it sits far to low and is NOT usable unless it has been majorly bent and modified.

 

THROTTLE BODY: 

Genuine Bosch E-Throttle Body with optional sizes of 68mm and 74mm.

I personally recommend the smaller 68mm, as it is the same as the stock GTE size. It is also perfectly sized for 2.5' intercooler piping. If you have 3' intercooler piping, then choose the 74mm. IMO 82mm is Too big unless you are only drag racing the car. Bigger is not better. Smaller is actually better.

 

INTAKE PLENUM ADAPERS:

The standout here is the Chinese Hypertune manifold copy (branded many names, but from the same factory in China) The Supravworld TB Adapter for this manifold turns the direction of the plenum and TB straight ahead. This allows you to keep the Battery in the stock location rather than relocate it to the boot. It also gives you plenty of room near the fusebox. You can also keep the stock GE power steering pump in the stock location (some massaging of the reservoir tank is needed. See photos.

 

There is also an option for an adapter to fit a stock 2JZGTE intake plenum which will only fit the 68mm TB. An IACV block off plate is included.

 

Future options will be coming soon including one that fits straight to the 2jz-ge upper plenum.
