Introducing the new monster manifold, 'BIG POPPA PUMP'.
 
This is a Super high flow and fast spool manifold for vvti and non vvti 2JZ-GE/1JZ-GE cylinder heads.

This design scavenges air from batched cylinders 1,2,3 and 4,5,6 by creating a vacuum when a cylinder fires. As the hot cylinder pushes the burnt gas into the manifold, and through the symmetrical 3 into 1 runners, the hot pulse sucks air from the other two runners. This decreases back pressure immensely.
 
The second design highlight is the long straight shot to the Turbine housing. Two 2 inch ID runners finish their bend and only merge once the hot gas is travelling straight. This again creates a suction from the joining runner. from here the gases accelerate in a straight shot directly into the turbo, unlike most manifolds that have a sharp bend just as the enter the turbine housing.
 
3 PART MANIFOLD BENEFITS;
1. you can replace the centre only if you change your Turbo to a different flange type. You can simply buy a replacement 3rd part of the manifold and leave the runners in place.
2. installation is very easy with exposure to all head bolts/studs.
3. packaging is neat and tidy with ample room for the oil return and huge clearance all round.
Wastegate is tucked inside the cage and can be accessed for a spring change with the manifold on.
